Delivery Guidelines

  1. You will receive the services in accordance with the terms of the contract for the services you purchased when your order has been received.
  2. How soon the services are supplied may depend on the type of services you ordered, when you made the purchase, and how accurately and promptly you fulfilled your obligations for the execution of the services.
  3. The services shall be deemed effectively provided to you after they are finished.
  4. In the event that the contract is terminated prior to the delivery services, the conditions of the agreement will determine whether you are eligible for a complete, partial, or no refund as well as how the contract ends.

Payment Guidelines

  1. Prior to the work starting, clients that use any of Web Pixel Orbiters monthly service packages must pay the entire amount due.
  2. Let’s say that Web Pixel Orbiters and the customer agree on a certain price for any services. In such a scenario, they are required to pay half of the total amount due before work starts. After the services begin, the remaining 50% of the payment must be made within 7 days.
  3. Clients will get monthly, upfront invoices from Web Pixel Orbiters.
  4. Additionally, Web Pixel Orbiters will instantly end the services if the clients fail to pay a monthly invoice by the due date. We won’t be responsible for providing ten days’ notice in this situation.
  5. VAT is not included in any of the prices that are mentioned to the client; Web Pixel Orbiters will add it to its bills at the proper rate.
  6. Any extra work that the client requests after the services have begun and that is not covered by the quotation (including any services that must be purchased in order to perform the services) will be considered extra to the cost specified in the quotation and will be billed separately at the rates listed in the Web Pixel Orbiters rate card that was in effect at the time.
  7. As long as the charges aren’t raised more than once in a 12-month period, the parties agree that [Brand Name] is free to review and raise its regular hourly fee rates at any time.
  8. The parties acknowledge that Web Pixel Orbiters may evaluate and raise its regular hourly fee rates at any time, as long as it doesn’t happen more than once in a 12-month period.
  9. Written notice of any such increase will be sent to the client by Web Pixel Orbiters one month prior to the scheduled date of the increase. Imagine if the client finds such an increase unacceptable. In that scenario, it may terminate the Contract by providing Web Pixel Orbiters with three months’ written notice within two weeks of such notice being received or deemed to have been received in accordance with this provision.

In the event that the Client does not pay Web Pixel Orbiters by the Due Date, Web Pixel Orbiters may, without affecting any other rights or remedies it may have:

  • Charge interest on the amount due in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act of 1998. Interest will accrue daily and be compounded quarterly until payment is received, regardless of whether a judgment has been rendered or not. The client will be required to pay the interest promptly upon demand, and all services will be suspended until full payment has been received.
  • Payment deadlines will be crucial to the terms of the agreement.
  • Upon the contract’s termination, all amounts owed to Web Pixel Orbiters under it will become instantly due. This requirement does not affect the ability to pursue an interest claim.
  • Web Pixel Orbiters may, without affecting its other rights, offset any obligation of a client to Web Pixel Orbiters against any obligation of Web Pixel Orbiters to the client.

Refunds Policy

With our limitless free revision policy, which allows you to enhance your original design brief at no cost through your account area, Web Pixel Orbiters guarantees 100% client satisfaction.

Your entire design order price will be reimbursed if there is a duplicate charge because of a processing error, if your unique design requirements are not met, or if your design order cannot be completed in accordance with the delivery policy. Within five days after your initial design completion, you can seek a refund if you’re unhappy with any of the design services that Web Pixel Orbiters has supplied. However, if you do not request a refund within five days of the initial design delivery, it will be deemed that you are happy with your original designs. The same return policy that applies to single packages will also apply to any special or combo packages.

Your refund would be processed as per the chart below:

 

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

 

  1. You would be eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) if you requested one prior to the initial concept delivery.
  2. You can get a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) if you request a refund within 48 hours.
  3. A 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) would be yours if you requested one between 48 and 120 hours after the original design delivery.
  4. After 120 hours of your original design delivery, we won’t consider refund requests; however, since we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, you are welcome to contact us if you have any concerns.
  5. Please be aware that the related project will be completely stopped and the files will be kept in the archive folder if the client or customer does not respond, provide comments, or communicate for 14 days (not included in the event of an emergency, death, or notification). The client or customer is responsible for paying the $300 re-registration fee in order to restart the process.

The support department should be notified of any refund requests. Web Pixel Orbiters retains the right to grant or deny your request on a case-by-case basis in light of the violation of your user agreement.
